Refund policy

We know that ordering online can be a gamble since you can't feel the high quality or try anything on & because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. Effective 9/15/2021:

• Any item purchase must be returned within 30 days of the date shipped from the US.
• Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn, and have tags still attached.
• The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Anything purchased at a discount price is final sale and is NOT eligible for return.
• Final sale items include: all jewelry & leggings.

Exchanges: 

Again, like the return policy, we understand purchasing clothes online can be tricky, especially with sizing. We now offer exchanges for the same item, but in a different size, subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process it simply as a return.
